The Beetil Blog

Blog » Thanks to our survey participants!

This is a huge thank you to our customers and trialees for spending some of their valuable time to fill in our recent survey. You’re the greatest!

Beetil is a customer driven product and it’s of huge benefit to us to know that we’re making a positive difference to your business. We love to know what we’re doing right, and what we could do better.

Some of the things we’re doing right:

It’s great to see that we are offering a solution that really does make good service management and the adoption of ITIL easy. A huge percentage of you said that Beetil was helping you manage your services better, resolve incidents quicker, increase your customer satisfaction and decrease your technology costs. This is what we love to hear!

Some of the things we need to do better:

Customize, customize, customize! The ability to customize and configure is one of your top requirements and a major part of our roadmap. We’re constantly making improvements to Beetil’s customizability and plan to do a lot more in the coming months.

You’re also asking for more integration with other applications. This is another key part of our roadmap. We’ve recently released integration with LiveChat, and we’re currently testing out our new data sharing feature where you can share incidents with Zendesk and Jira (as well as other Beetil accounts – in fact, anyone who has adopted the Networked Help Desk standard). In the meantime you can use our API to hook up to other applications – checkout our Beetil API documentation.

We’ve also realised that we’re not so good at promoting new features as they come on board, and there are a few of you crying out for features that do in fact already exist. We’ll get in touch with you, for sure. But in general, we’ll be making an increased effort to ramp up our communications around new features and how you can use Beetil to the best effect.

If you have any requests or questions please remember to get in touch with us at support@beetil.com - you’ll be talking to a real person who’ll be able to point you in the right direction.

So please, don’t wait for the next survey! We love to hear from you so keep the feedback and queries rolling in.
