Can anyone recommend the robust Remote Management & Monitoring tool for a small IT service company like mine? Does anyone use Kaseya.com or GFI.com? How do they compare to these guys I found recently: N-able N-central network health tool
? What is your best take in cost vs performance among those three? I need a good advice please... Thanks in advance!

Great overview of Incident Management. The key for me is that this is done centric to a defined service and that you'll be able to follow the lineage through to Problems, Changes, and Releases.

The user interface actually looks like it's something I'd actually want to use - like my iPhone, not a boring overwhelming desktop product.
