Thanks for the feedback.   We were trying to make light work of what can sometimes be perceived as a dull subject, so maybe too many words got in the way.

I guess what we were trying to convey is that you can easily create relationships between CIs in Beetil.   i.e.  in the DeathStar example:  a &lt;strong&gt;user&lt;/strong&gt; uses a &lt;strong&gt;service&lt;/strong&gt;, which needs a certain piece of &lt;strong&gt;software&lt;/strong&gt;, which is installed on a particular &lt;strong&gt;server&lt;/strong&gt; which is hosted in a certain &lt;strong&gt;data centre&lt;/strong&gt;.
