As ITIL is framework it can be applied to different uses, including a non-IT subject. One can readily see it being used for the management of a bespoke project, but also as the basis for product management. Beetil is business friendly enough to enable a product manager to use directly. They set to see the whole picture, issues and problems and the progress of development.

Beetil looks to be getting the balance right of just enough depth for it not to disappear up its own backside, and for functional teams to use as a common information environment - one version of the truth. Should also cut down a lot of isolated emails threads and spreadsheets.</description>
