Currently you can get the customer and company details when you export Incident Reports to CSV file. This can be used in combination with the existing Time report.
It does however make sense to also add this customer and company information to the Time report - we can add this to a future release.

How do we send the customers bills based on time usage? When exporting to CSV, the name of the company/user the ticket is related to is missing .... What am I missing? (user is the technician closing the case)

I really like this feature. Only thing you need to implement next is the ability to pay (using creditcard) developers and supporters for time spent. This way I can outsource my support and handle payments in the same system.

Else an API to make it possible to take out hours spent pr user would be great

This is a smart move to provide native time recording capture and reporting - right at the point of need. Smarter still are plans to open up via an API and offer integrations to other time recording applications.

Best of both!
