At last! It’s here. The quest for easier and simpler service management has ended, and our beta trial of Beetil is officially open.
Having scoured the market for various service management tools to help us manage our IT services and offerings, we simply couldn’t find one that “hit the spot”. There’s plenty of issue trackers out there, but they only go so far. There’s plenty of big gun tools out there as well. But they’re pretty expensive, and not particularly easy to use.
We asked people what they used. They told us the same. They’d tried building their own, and then it all went too far and became unmaintainable.
So we decided to do something about.
Beetil is a service management tool that helps you manage your IT more effectively. It’s easy to use, which means your staff will actually use it. It helps you adopt best practise standards (I’m trying not to mention ITIL. Whoops! I said it) without you even knowing. It’s smart. It will save you time. It will even make auditors your best friends (or at least keep them off your back).
